Best Workplace awardee.About the RoleSemperis is seeking a Temporary Learning & Development Partner to provide leave coverage for approximately eight months. This role is focused on maintaining continuity for existing learning programs and supporting day-to-day learning operations during the leave period.This is a hands-on role for someone who can step in quickly, facilitate scheduled learning sessions, coordinate training activities, manage learning administration, and make light updates to existing content as needed.What You Will Be DoingTraining DeliveryFacilitate scheduled instructor-led and virtual learning sessionsAdapt delivery style to different audiences and learning needsLearning Coordination & AdministrationManage training logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, and participant communicationsSupport course uploads, tracking, and reporting in the learning management systemHelp ensure a smooth learner experience across assigned programsContent SupportMake updates to existing training materials and resources as neededPartner with the Global Talent Development team to support ongoing learning initiatives already in progressWhat You’ll Bring5-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Learning & Development roles.Strong facilitation and communication skillsExperience delivering training and supporting learning programsFamiliarity with learning management systems; Workday experience is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-moving environmentAbility to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional partnersBachelor’s degree preferred in education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related fieldWhy Join Us?Support an established learning function during an important leave coverage periodJoin a collaborative global talent development teamContribute in a focused role with clear short-term impact#LI-TI1Why Join Semperis?
