We're going AI-native across all of them, and we're hiring senior engineers to lead that work.This is a fellowship, not an internship. We're hiring experienced people who already lead AI or engineering teams and don't want to leave a job they like to do frontier work. You join a small founding cohort part-time, build real production systems from week one, and the standouts finish with full-time leadership offers.The structure10–15 hours per week, over 12 weeks. Built to fit around a full-time job.Starts in early July 2026. We review applications on a rolling basis and move quickly.Remote, anywhere in the Philippines.
