You will enhance and support an existing macOS agent that integrates with our Privilege Manager Server to deliver application control and enforce least privilege through policy-based access <management.You> will conduct in-depth analysis of customer-reported issues, drive root-cause resolution, and architect new capabilities. This role is critical to strengthening Delinea's Zero Trust and application control ecosystem through high-quality engineering and innovation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign & Maintain the Privilege Manager macOS Agent with deep understanding of underlying technology, enabling you to troubleshoot issues, evaluate changes, and make informed technical decisionsDevelop Remote Management Solutions for macOS workstations connecting to on-premises and cloud-hosted Privilege Manager Servers, including agent-to-server contracts, policy sync, and cross-platform diagnosticsDeliver Feature Enhancements and customer fixes as part of the Privilege Manager product teamContribute to Architecture & Design decisions, driving key technical and product initiativesMaintain High Quality Standards through code reviews, security practices, and continuous process improvementsTroubleshoot & Resolve Issues to ensure reliability and availability, working directly with support teams and customersCollaborate Cross-Functionally with Product, UX, and Development teams using Scrum to translate requirements into technical solutionsOptimize Performance for scalability, efficiency, and user experienceImprove Development Processes including code quality, E2E testing, security scanning, monitoring, and incident responseREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of professional software development experience with focus on macOS internalsStrong proficiency in Swift for macOS development, including practical experience with Swift ConcurrencyWorking knowledge of Objective-C (reading, understanding, and migrating legacy code)Deep expertise in macOS frameworks:System Extensions, Endpoint Security, Service ManagementDaemons/agents, XPC, Grand Central Dispatch (GCD)SwiftUI, AppKit, and AccessibilitySecurity-first mindset with solid understanding of Apple's security and privacy modelProficiency with Xcode and Apple's development toolchainStrong knowledge of software design patterns and architecture principles (Dependency Injection, MVVM)Experience with CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment and multi-configuration buildsExcellent collaboration skills with Product and UX/UI teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSUnderstanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and cybersecurity principlesExperience developing security-focused softwareDirect customer interaction and support experienceExperience with agent products deployed across many customer machinesExperience leveraging AI tools to enhance developmentFamiliarity with macOS app distribution (signing and notarization)Ready to help make the world more secure?
