Senior DevOps Engineer

About the RoleThis is a high-ownership, hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer position at a fast-growing, AI-native B2B SaaS company in the consumer intelligence space — think competitors to Meltwater, NielsenIQ, and Qualtrics. You'll own the cloud infrastructure that enterprise-scale customers rely on for critical data and decision-making. Working closely with backend and ML engineers, you'll be the person who makes GitOps, infrastructure as code, and true production reliability a reality for the entire engineering organization.The team is small (under 50 people) and technically ambitious, with engineers from backgrounds including Microsoft, IBM, and other high-caliber technology organizations. You'll have a direct, outsized impact on how the platform is built and scaled.What You'll DoArchitect and build secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using IaC (Terraform/Terragrunt) on AWSDesign and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines; convert manual processes into automated, repeatable workflowsOwn production reliability — set up observability stacks, define SLI/SLOs, and lead incident responseImplement and champion GitOps workflows for all infrastructure deploymentsBuild compliance-ready infrastructure (SOC 2, GDPR) with IAM best practices and secrets managementOptimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and reliability at scaleCreate developer tooling and documentation that accelerates engineering workflows across the teamMentor team members on DevOps best practices and guide infrastructure strategyWhat We're Looking ForRequired5+ years in a senior DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering role with end-to-end infrastructure ownershipDeep expertise with Kubernetes — EKS experience strongly preferredBroad experience across multiple infrastructure domains: networking, security, monitoring, IaC — not just CI/CDProven track record building and managing AWS infrastructure at scaleExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesRecent, active hands-on work in an infrastructure engineering roleNice to HaveDeep hands-on expertise with Terraform and TerragruntExperience building and managing infrastructure for B2B SaaS productsFamiliarity with Docker, Python, Bash scripting, and JenkinsBackground supporting AI/ML workloads or data-intensive platformsPlease note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
