Its mission is to develop innovative open-source solutions designed to anticipate cyber threats, identify security gaps, and strengthen organizational security posture.Filigran solutions are now trusted by over 6,000 public and private organizations worldwide.🎯 The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced General / GL Accountant to join Filigran’s Finance team on a temporary 5-month assignment and help us maintain strong accounting operations during the implementation of NetSuite as our new <ERP.You>’ll provide hands-on support across General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, covering our French, US and Australian entities while the Finance team manages the transition from Pennylane/Odoo to NetSuite.This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys getting things done, is comfortable working across multiple entities and currencies, and can quickly become autonomous in a fast-moving international environment.💼 Your ResponsibilitiesGeneral Ledger & ClosingMaintain accurate GL entries across our French, US and Australian entitiesPrepare and post journal entries, accruals and provisionsPerform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variancesSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesManage and reconcile intercompany transactions across entitiesSupport audit requests and ensure accounting documentation is accurate and completeAccounts Payable & Accounts ReceivableProcess supplier invoices and ensure appropriate coding and approvalCreate and review new suppliers and reconcile supplier accountsManage expense reports and respond to internal and external accounting queriesIssue customer invoices and support collection activitiesReconcile customer accounts and monitor aging balancesSupport revenue reconciliationNetSuite ImplementationSupport the Finance team during the transition from Pennylane/Odoo to NetSuitePerform parallel testing and validate accounting flows and dataIdentify discrepancies between systems and support reconciliationProvide additional operational capacity so the core Finance team can focus on the ERP implementationLeverage AI and automation tools where relevant to improve accounting workflows and productivity🤝 Who You’ll Work WithYou’ll report directly to our Financial Controller and work closely with the wider Finance <team.As> Filigran operates internationally, you’ll work across several entities and jurisdictions, primarily France, the United States and Australia.The position is fully remote and requires someone comfortable working autonomously while maintaining close communication with the team, particularly during closing periods and the NetSuite implementation.🧬 Profile We’re Looking For8+ years of experience in General / GL AccountingStrong hands-on experience across GL, AP and ARExperience managing month-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, provisions and intercompany transactionsProven hands-on experience with Pennylane and OdooExperience working in an international, multi-entity and multi-currency environmentComfortable working with accounting operations across different jurisdictions; exposure to France, the US and/or Australia is highly valuedExcellent attention to detail and strong reconciliation skillsAbility to quickly understand existing processes and work autonomouslyComfortable working in a remote, fast-paced and evolving environmentFluent English; French is a plusBonus pointsHands-on NetSuite experienceExperience supporting an ERP implementation or migrationExperience in a Tech, SaaS or scale-up environmentExperience with multi-currency accounting and consolidationComfortable leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to improve finance workflows and productivity🌱 Why Join Filigran?
