Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of clients and learners. The role works closely with subject matter experts and internal teams to transform knowledge into interactive online learning content while ensuring instructional quality, learner engagement, and alignment with Aanaab’s standards. Responsibilities also include content quality assurance, course publishing, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Content Development & Design

• Partner with SMEs to design course outlines, storyboards, and video scripts.
• Develop and review training materials (presentations, assignments, readings) for quality and coherence.
• Create lecture presentations for recorded video sessions.

Production & QA

• Coach SMEs for videography sessions; arrange rehearsals.
• Coordinate videography, editing, and design teams.
• Conduct final QA and review of all course materials.

Platform & Launch

• Set up course pages and upload content on the Aanaab platform.
• Collaborate with marketing on course promotion and engagement strategies.
• Present work to clients and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Research & Strategy

• Research training needs to inform content strategy.
• Analyze course data and feedback to recommend improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years in digital learning/instructional design
• Experience building SCORM courses
• Hands-on AI tools usage
• Portfolio of interactive learning experiences
• Experience with LMS platforms
• Experience in AI-generated learning workflows
• Experience in subscription learning platforms
• Experience in microlearning ecosystems
• Understanding of xAPI & learning analytics
• Experience working cross-functionally with product/tech teams
• Excellent Arabic and English (written & spoken).
