About The Role
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Lead NOS products E2E planning process to support business decision making . Lead and plan trade activities to support business performance. Key Responsibilities: Planning and Strategy Simulate on a regular or ad-hoc basis demand & supply and inventory scenarios with a holistic view of Omi channel view to lead NOS planning management . Facilitate decision making by providing clear fact base Lead monthly forecast to review the status-quo and disclose risks or opportunities to ensure target achievements. Drive cross-functional alignment and actions well executed Lead relative business meeting with issues diagnosis. Drive decision making and follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions well executed. Explore current produce selling, production, supply facts and relevant issues (internal and ecosystem/marketplace) Work with the channels to improve the inventory balance to reduce sales and margin risks and capture opportunities Co- Lead system enhancement with IT and Data analytics to improve inventory ‘s visibility across channels and reporting’s automation Management Regular/ad-hoc demand& supply planning Monthly forecast Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Strategic thinking and ability to work with cross function team to drive the initiatives; High analytical skills for strategy development, demand planning area’s management job in sports brand is preferred Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills Strong decision taking and determination and shows high initiative and pragmatism to the business. Fluent in written and spoken local language as well as English. Skills and abilities in other language are an added plus Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree in business with marketing and sales focus Minimum 8 years’ experience in commercial functions, at least 5 years’ experience of people and operational management Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills
