A DAY IN THE LIFE … Conduct business process reviews with an E2E cross Market and NBS perspective helping to identify meaningful opportunities and recommendation. Support Market and NBS on understanding the control monitoring tools and identify tangible actions for gaps and opportunities. Review dashboards and analytics (ex : KRI, Balance Sheet Integrity), to identify blind spots and opportunities and anomalies, and prepare insights for Market and NBS teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and ensure control assessments ISMS controls are implemented and certified. Facilitate training sessions on compliance, validate RPA and automation controls. What Makes You Successful? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Preferably with license as CPA Experience in a cross-functional, and multicultural environment Finance & balance sheet expertise, controlling Business & process understanding across Market and NBS Operations understanding : Supply Chains, Procurement, Factory Stakeholder management Analytical skills & problem solving Data analytics (Power BI, Excel) Deadline management Curiosity and open-mindedness to uncover blind spots and identify opportunities. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Customer orientation and flexibility to adapt approaches. Resilience under pressure and commitment to quality.
