IT Functional Relationship Manager - Finance

Function: IT Location: Head Office, Lahore Type: Full-Time Experience: 5-7 years Position Summary: At Nestlé, our Functional Relationship Managers (FRMs) play a critical role in bridging business needs with IT solutions. As the FRM for Finance function, you will act as a strategic advisor and a single point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration, aligned priorities, and delivery of value-driven technology solutions. A Day in the Life of an FRM: Act as a trusted partner to Finance function for all IT-related needs. Translate business requirements into clear IT deliverables in alignment with Nestlé’s global standards. Manage the full solution lifecycle : from ideation and demand capture to delivery, support, and retirement. Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of IT initiatives. Facilitate change management , communication, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security standards, and regulatory frameworks. Monitor and improve user satisfaction , operational excellence, and digital maturity across functions. What Will Make You Successful: Proven experience in IT business partnering or relationship management , ideally within an FMCG or large enterprise environment. Strong understanding of Finance processes and their digital transformation needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional and multicultural teams . Ability to influence without authority and build strong stakeholder trust. Demonstrated capability in project delivery, portfolio management, and change enablement . Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach with a focus on business value . Familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise platforms is a plus. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field . Minimum 5 –7 years of experience in a similar role. Why Nestlé?
