The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise. Your new responsibilities Provides Test Handling consultation, guidance and work direction to colleagues and management and uses judgment to influence within and across functions to drive impact on the business/ function. Quickly develop strong understanding of immediate area of responsibility by actively participating in the multi-disciplinary area team, generate ideas, recommendations that improve results and incorporate new learnings and contribute to continuous improvement. Support high complex New Product Introductions by delivering assigned Process and Equipment solutions meeting or exceeding quality and timeline targets. Supervising, coaching, managing and motivating department members on a day-to-day basis. Define department training matrix and the execution. Take few senior/ consultants role in site level, example: internal trainer, JIRA expert, Global Team Building Multiplier, etc. Assume Consultant/ Project Leader for supporting engineering or production on chronic issue and continuous improvement project. What we look for Diploma or above in Mechanical or Automation Engineering related Science and Engineering major Semiconductor backend testing field;Minimum 5 years working experience in Semiconductor Test Handler (e.g. turret, gravity, pick & place, etc.) and Device Process Control Flow 4. Experience in provides consultation, guidance and work direction to others.
