Our business and team are growing extremely quickly and we’re looking for someone to help taking our People operations to the next level. That means managing the roll out & scale up of our talent acquisition, learning & development, and people operations agenda. You will have lots of opportunity to work closely with people from across our business on all the full range of people responsibilities

Our talent strategy is to hire a diverse set of people with huge potential and give their careers a rocket boost through constant learning and development. Your job will be to own and help us deliver on this strategy, and help us attract, develop, and retain the best talent

You will be responsible for

Ensuring that inyad is an excellent place for everyone to work and develop

Helping set and execute on our Talent Acquisition plans and Employer Branding strategy

Assisting with recruiting and hiring responsibilities, including preparing job descriptions, putting them out on job boards, and arranging interviews

Onboarding and support new hires, make them feel welcome and informed during their first days at the company, ensuring they have the environment, tools to succeed in their role

Being a trusted resource for employees on a wide variety of HR topics and support them on a day-to-day basis. Be available for and manage their ad-hoc requests and needs

Providing direct administrative support to our Executive Team by helping them with research, documents editing, meetings scheduling and other ad hoc tasks

Working with people managers to develop career progression and personal development roadmaps for each employee

Taking ownership for tracking, analyzing, and improving employees’ satisfaction and job retention, as well as our time to hire and offer to hire rates

Managing external suppliers (e.g. recruiter partners, benefits providers)

Creating and plan fun and meaningful company events that reflect of our unique culture

Owning our Learning & Development agenda, sourcing materials and setting up repeatable processes

Making yourself available for the next task

Your qualifications

3+ years’ experience in People / Talent roles

People generalist background with exposure to several areas of a talent function & familiarity with employment law

Proven track record of delivery within People Operations, for example on employee relations, performance management, coaching and program development

Great written and verbal communication and an eye for detail

Experience managing 3rd party relationships

You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, but also strong work ethic, you're well-organized and have strong attention to detail

Discrete, trustworthy, and approachable

You're a positive person with a can-do attitude

You identify new opportunities and tackle them with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
