About The Role
- 1、深度对接供应链管理部，开展组织诊断，输出组织诊断报告，识别组织风险并推动改进；
- 2、主导供应链部门人才盘点，完成关键岗位人才识别，保障关键岗位人才储备达成目标；
- 3、推动绩效管理闭环落地，保障绩效面谈覆盖率、绩效考核按时完成，妥善处理绩效争议；
- 4、独立处置复杂员工关系案件，前置识别劳动合规风险，持续提升部门组织氛围；
- 5、承接落地组织发展、人才发展等 HR 专项项目，联动 COE、SSC，为业务提供人力解决方案
- 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学等相关专业优先；
- 2、3 年及以上 HRBP 工作经验，有硬件 / 制造业 / 供应链业务对接经验优先；
- 3、熟悉 OKR、360 评估等绩效工具，有组织诊断、人才盘点实战经历；
- 4、较强冲突处理能力，能面对复杂业务场景，具备风险意识；
- 5、擅长跨方沟通，能够深度理解业务诉求，输出贴合业务的人力解决方案。
