Level III Respite Care Provider

Job Title: Level III Respite Care Provider location : Nationwide Opportunities — Family Residence, CYS Facility, or Other Approved Location Job Type : Part-Time / As Needed Responsibilities : Provide one-on-one respite care to eligible EFMP family members. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, bathing, feeding, toileting, lifting, positioning, dressing, and safety supervision. Follow the family’s service plan and care instructions. Maintain a safe and respectful care environment. Document services provided and report concerns as required. Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times. Qualifications : Must meet one of the following: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Child Development or Special Education; OR Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification with at least 1 year of relevant post-certification experience; OR Minimum 2 years of direct documented experience working with individuals with special needs. Additional Requirements: Favorable Tier 1 Background Investigation. National Sex Offender Registry Check. State and local child abuse registry checks. Current CPR certification with hands-on, in-person skills assessment. Online-only CPR certification is not acceptable. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
