Job Summary: Ladgov Corporation (Africa) is looking to hire a Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing, to ensure we build an exceptional team. You will work closely with hiring managers throughout BHB and HR to develop and implement recruiting strategies. Proactively source, identify and engage top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and organizations, and referrals. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet the company's current and future staffing needs. Candidate Evaluation and Interviewing: Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific technical roles. Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews. Collaborate with the hiring team to evaluate technical skills and team alignment. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation. Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Required skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required. Fluency in English is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to details.
