Quality Management Intern

About The Role
- You will support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) process documentation.
- You will assist in advancing process documents that need to be newly established or updated according to business and compliance requirements.
- You will support the integration and harmonization of process documentation to improve consistency, efficiency, and standardization across functions.
- You will assist in the release and publication of documents and processes in xECM and Adonis systems, ensuring proper version control and document lifecycle management.
- You will support process owners in document review, formatting, quality checks, and documentation updates prior to release.
- You will monitor document status and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely completion and release.
- You will assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining quality-related records and documentation.
- You will support continuous improvement initiatives related to process management and document governance.
- You will perform other quality management and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
<10.You> will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of quality management principles, process management, or document control concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Experience with document management systems or process management tools is an advantage.
- Available for internship for a minimum of 3 months.
