Job Summary The Steel Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business channels, and maintaining strong customer relationships for the company’s steel products, including steel pipes, roofing sheets, nails, and related products. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, market knowledge, and experience within the steel or building materials industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand sales channels for steel products including steel pipes, roofing sheets, nails, and related products. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities within the market. Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong business relationships and promote company products. Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely debt collection. Carry out product research and collect market intelligence, including competitor pricing, market trends, and customer feedback. Prepare sales reports and provide market updates to management. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Undertake other sales-related duties assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in sales of steel products or related building materials. Candidates with channel development experience in steel products and existing customer resources will be given priority. Strong understanding of the steel market, distribution channels, and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Strong customer relationship management skills. Good analytical and market research abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
