R-5695 Senior Associate, Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities Settlement & Reconciliation Be responsible for the settlement work, dealing with daily account reconciliation with merchants to ensure normal payment. Diligently follow up to check and confirm the balance and aging of accounts payable at month end to ensure there is no long outstanding payable balance to merchants. Cross-functional Collaboration: Tax & Payment Prepare regular statutory payments including JCT, withholding tax and other tax deductions. Assist tax team in collection of tax invoices and liaising with external tax consultants. Assist in merchant payments processing and weekly Japanese payments via Citibank and Sumitomo banks. Qualifications and Experience Education & Experience Possess a University Degree in Accounting, or equivalent. 2-3 years relevant working experience in an OTA company. Language Japanese is a must (Excellent written and verbal communication skills). Have good command of BOTH Chinese and English, including speaking, listening and writing. Skills Being familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and financial software, experience in Oracle Netsuite is an added advantage. Attention to details with good working attitude and ethics. Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, detail-oriented and well organised. Good communication skills. 主な業務内容 (Key Responsibilities) 決済および照合 (Settlement & Reconciliation) 正常な支払いを確保するため、加盟店（マーチャント）との日次のアカウント照合や決済業務を担当する。 月末に買掛金の残高およびエイジング（滞留状況）を綿密に確認し、加盟店に対する長期未払い残高が発生しないよう適切にフォローアップを行う。 部門間連携：税務および支払い (Cross-functional Collaboration: Tax & Payment) 消費税（JCT）、源泉徴収税、その他の税控除を含む、定期的な法定支払いの準備を行う。 税務請求書の回収や外部の税務コンサルタントとの連絡において、税務チームをサポートする。 加盟店への支払い処理、およびシティバンク（Citibank）と三井住友銀行を通じた日本向けの週次支払い業務をサポートする。 応募資格および経験 (Qualifications and Experience) 学歴および経験 (Education & Experience) 会計学の学士号、または同等の学位を保有していること。 OTA（オンライン旅行代理店）企業における2〜3年の関連業務経験。 語学力 (Language) 日本語必須（優れた読み書きおよび口頭でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力）。 中国語および英語の両方が堪能であること（スピーキング、リスニング、ライティングを含む）。 スキル・求める人物像 (Skills) Excel、Word、PowerPoint、および財務ソフトウェアに精通していること。Oracle Netsuiteの使用経験があれば尚可。 細部への注意力（ディテール志向）があり、良好な勤務態度と高い倫理観を持っていること。 成熟しており、自己動機づけができ、強い責任感を持ち、自律的で細部に気を配り、計画的かつ整理して業務を進められること。 優れたコミュニケーション能力。
