Job Responsibilities: Monitor the performance of systems and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of system operations. Manage system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction. Provide user support by addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance user adoption and proficiency with systems. Gather user feedback and collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements based on user needs. Escalate issues to relevant teams where necessary according to established processes. Complete daily operational requests and process required actions. Work closely with product managers in delivering enhancements/ new features Ability to manage projects, lead cross-functional teams consisting of dev/ qa and manage stakeholders' expectation Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or a related field. Experience working in the financial services or management industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (for communication with Taiwan and China partners). Strong analytical skills with a technical orientation. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
