Job Description – Warehouse Junior Officer (Fresher) Position: Junior Officer – Warehouse Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year Department: Warehouse Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and responsible Warehouse Junior Officer to support day-to-day warehouse operations. The candidate will assist with receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and maintaining accurate warehouse records. Key Responsibilities Assist in receiving and checking incoming materials/goods . Verify quantities, item codes, and physical condition of materials. Support proper storage and bin/location management . Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation . Assist with GRN, material issue, transfer, and dispatch activities . Conduct regular stock counting and physical inventory verification . Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams. Follow FIFO/FEFO and warehouse safety procedures where applicable. Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the warehouse. Assist in identifying stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess inventory. Update warehouse transactions in ERP/SAP/WMS or Excel . Follow company SOPs, safety rules, and security procedures. Eligibility Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma; Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related qualification preferred. Experience: Freshers can apply. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations . Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and in shifts if required. Physically fit and willing to learn warehouse processes.
