What you´ll do Support the tracking and monitoring of Continuous Improvement projects by maintaining project trackers, monitoring milestones, and following up on action items Assist in developing communication plans and creating engaging materials such as announcements, infographics, and promotional content for Quality Continuous Improvement initiative Help update and improve Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement training materials, presentations, and supporting documents Monitor and consolidate updates from Quality ISO Coordinators to support effective reporting and follow-through on key activities Conduct data validation, quality checks, and status tracking to ensure accurate and reliable project and operational information Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support Continuous Improvement, Quality, and ISO-related programs and initiatives Contribute fresh ideas and recommendations to enhance processes, communications, and operational efficiency within the Quality Continuous Improvement team
