What you´ll do Perform daily operations, inspections, sampling, observation, and record keeping for equipment and processes. Complete preventive maintenance (PMs), basic maintenance, and mechanical repairs, including plumbing, machinery disassembly/reassembly, and repair validation. Use the CMMS system to document maintenance, clean, lubricate, repair equipment, and track compliance-related activities. Maintain area cleanliness and safety, execute improvement initiatives, and coordinate contractor work as the Henkel point of contact with proper documentation
