What you´ll do Support the IT Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) and Project Consulting team in day-to-day operations and administrative activities Assist in cybersecurity control testing by collecting, reviewing, and validating supporting evidence for control effectiveness assessments Support the management of the GRC function mailbox by reviewing, categorizing, and dispatching incoming emails to the appropriate stakeholders Assist the People Manager with administrative tasks, including maintaining trackers, organizing team documentation, coordinating meetings, and monitoring follow-up actions Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support team initiatives and projects Accomplish tasks as directed by supervisor(s) and collaborate with team members to achieve objectives Comply with Henkel's internal guidelines, policies, rules, and regulations
