What you´ll do Execute new product development projects Develop new approaches, solutions, processes, and products within an agreed timeframe Manage projects and resources to meet planned objectives Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental (SHE), and laboratory standards Provide technical support services to Manufacturing and Quality as required Execute processes and develops solutions to support cross-functional teams in successfully completing new technology product initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives Ensure all new products meet international chemical health and safety requirements and other regulations Ensure that Henkel's new IP is protected through collaboration with internal and external partners Provide guidance and recommendations on patents, trademarks and proprietary agreements Conduct and evaluate product stability and performance testing
