What you´ll do Play a key role in shaping Henkel’s Digital Research and Development Platform within a scaled agile environment Use Azure DevOps effectively to set clear standards that strengthen the team’s shared understanding of product goals and user stories Guide the team by visualizing progress and ensuring transparency toward sprint goals Act as a servant leader who supports the team and stakeholders, aligning people, processes, and tools while solving conflicts when they arise Support and coach the product owner and development team to deliver customer value Foster a collaborative, motivated, and focused team culture where product goals and continuous improvement matters Shape your own career through training, development programs, and internal mobility
