What you´ll do Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s) Supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations Key responsibility: development, implementation and administration of European Audit and Safety Documentation Database, risk matrix and integration of Dashboards (Power BI etc.) Ensure successful streamlining of current data and information systems and able to understand and prioritize safety related information and identify gaps in safety database Partner with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development and other cross-functional teams Opportunity to lead projects on reporting optimization of safety related crucial data and run reporting Support the coordination of the Regional Safety Team events As required, manage the alignment and agreement of SHE requirements and technical specifications with production sites and contract manufacturers, support risk and sustainability assessments analytics Support the execution of the European Henkel Safety Strategy by taking key contribution of digitalization projects
