What you´ll do Provide operational support for HR Learning activities through learning platforms and tools, including LMS (CSOD, Sales Readiness, CrossKnowledge), Ariba, and Outlook. Serve as first-level support for the Henkel Learning Hub, assisting users with learning-related inquiries and system navigation Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on training history, learning completion, attendance, and related learning metrics Maintain and administer learning events, sessions, and course records within LMS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates Support the administration of the Henkel Learning Hub by uploading courses, learning materials, and videos, and maintaining business unit-specific campuses and course catalogs Update and revise learning process documentation, guidelines, and system-related materials to ensure consistency and compliance Coordinate learning logistics and evaluation activities, including session scheduling, participant tracking, course mapping, and preparation of evaluation reports when required
