What you´ll do Build one-on-one relationship with community by actively engaging on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok—through likes, comments, direct messages, and prompt responses for Henkel Consumer Brands across Beauty Care and Laundry Home Care products Provide personalized product recommendations by exploring follower profiles and turning engaged fans into brand advocates Monitor and interact with tagged posts, especially from influencers, and take the lead on consumer service for critical topics and issue management Manage content calendars and daily posts to keep our community inspired and informed Coordinate with country teams and brand managers on product availability, digital projects, and communication strategies Create monthly KPI reports and derive insights to support product development and community growth
