IT Intern

What you´ll do Ensure support to IT colleagues in daily operational activities; Assist in installation, configuration and replacement of IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and mobile devices; Provide support to employees in basic hardware, software and access-related topics; Support onboarding and offboarding activities by preparing IT equipment and standard workplace tools; Assist in troubleshooting basic issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, network connectivity and standard business applications; Provide support in local IT projects, rollouts, migrations and infrastructure-related activities; Help in maintaining IT inventory, asset records and technical documentation; Communicate with internal users, global IT teams and external service providers; Ensure compliance with internal IT procedures, information security standards and data protection rules
