What you´ll do Act as Scrum Master supporting agile ways of working and day-to-day collaboration Run Scrum ceremonies, manage the backlog, and support sprint execution in Azure DevOps Facilitate planning, prioritization, and dependency handling across teams to keep feature development and operations on track Champion product thinking and outcome-oriented ways of working across teams, helping teams focus on business value, customer outcomes, and clear priorities Ensure transparency on progress, open topics, and next steps, and help drive decisions where needed Help build and maintain the department’s agile operating model, including ways of working, progress visibility, and clear ownership of goals and actions Foster a collaborative and focused team environment, encouraging continuous improvement
