SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER - HYBRID

Identify work packages and activities (work break-down structure). Coordinate the planning activities and being responsible for preparation, implementation, and verification of the development schedule. Coordinate multiple locations and organizations for diverse topics (Romania, India, USA, Mexico) Communicate and negotiate directly with customer for Software topics. Develop and update project plan considering timing and resources. Set priorities to meet deadlines. Estimate size and costs of the software project. Monitor and control project progress and timely software release. Initiate escalation scenario in case of severe deviations. Create reports and metrics of software project KPIs. Effectively engage with and manage the expectations of a variety of stakeholders. Participate in technical discussions with the project technical team. Lead and make technical decisions based on constrains to achieve milestones and objectives. Identify and manage risks. Actively communicate status. Ensure that the work is according the HELLA quality process and help others reach the required quality standards.
