全面负责机器人关节项目的周期管理，在极具挑战性的时间节点下，统筹项目规划、执行与监控，确保项目按时、按质、按预算成功交付。 Take full responsibility for the robotics‘ joint project, managing project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time, high-quality, and on-budget delivery under aggressive timelines. 作为核心枢纽，高效协调本地与德国，以及内部多部门资源，打破部门壁垒，推动跨职能团队紧密协作，解决项目推进中的关键问题。 Act as the central hub to efficiently coordinate resources across local and global, as well as multiple departments, breaking down silos and driving cross-functional teamwork to resolve critical project roadblocks. 主导与内部团队及外部供应商/合作伙伴的沟通与对接，建立并维护高效的协作关系，确保信息流畅，精准管理各方期望，保障项目顺利推进。 Lead communication and liaison with internal team and external suppliers/partners, establishing and maintaining efficient collaborative relationships to ensure smooth information flow, manage stakeholder expectations, and secure project progress. 具备前瞻性的风险管理能力，能主动识别项目潜在风险，并制定有效的应对预案。在问题出现时，能迅速响应、主动上报并推动解决方案的落地。 Possess forward-looking risk management skills, proactively identifying potential project risks and developing effective contingency plans.
