EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER - RADAR MEXICO

Analyze customer, system, and software requirements for Radar applications. Design, develop, integrate, and maintain embedded software for ADAS Radar products. Collaborate with Systems, Testing, Hardware, and Algorithm teams to achieve project goals. Perform software design, implementation, integration, and testing activities following Automotive SPICE processes. Develop and maintain software components supporting Radar signal processing, object detection, tracking, and sensor interfaces Support Radar performance analysis, debugging, and optimization in vehicle environment. Collaborate with RSP teams to integrate and validate Radar perception features. Conduct software design reviews, static code analysis (QAC or equivalent) and lead technical decision-making for software architecture. Support customer technical discussions, reviews, issue investigations, and software delivery activities Support estimation, planning, and technical risk assessment activities through change management. Participate in technical discussions with global engineering teams. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers.
