Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,568-$1,643 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 3x12-hour days (days) - Start date: 08/31/2026 - Travel assignment type: Travel - Temporary Assignment - Acute care environment experience Responsibilities - Support the delivery of rehabilitative programs designed to restore or improve function in activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination, and range of motion. - Assist the supervising occupational therapist in assessing, planning, and implementing patient-centered therapy interventions. - Monitor and document patient progress, noting changes and communicating updates to the care team to inform discharge planning. - Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory standards and facility policies; uphold safety and infection control protocols. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, optimize outcomes, and ensure smooth transitions between care settings. - Promote patient engagement and independence through evidence-based activities and precise documentation.
