WHAT YOU DO

Customer Experience

Represent the brand through high-quality interactions, guiding visitors through our vehicles, exhibits, and services.

Guest Engagement

Create personalized customer journeys by welcoming guests and handling inquiries with a high level of service orientation.

Studio Operations

Support in-store events and ensure the space consistently reflects premium brand standards.

Customer Insights

Collect and document visitor feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the overall brand experience.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role; a background in automotive or luxury environments is a plus
• Deep passion for the automotive industry and premium brand experiences
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on service and customer orientation
• Hands-on, confident, and proactive mindset with flexibility regarding working hours (evenings and weekends)
• Full fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
