This role exists to lead both the ongoing management and change delivery of Future Group’s product suite across accumulation and retirement. You’ll lead a team of Product Managers and work closely with our Head of Product and teams across Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, Finance, Investments and Disclosure. It’s a role for someone who enjoys bringing people together, navigating complexity and turning good product thinking into well-governed, well-executed outcomes for members. For more information about DEIB at Future Group, please contact us at [email hidden] The Role As our Senior Manager, Product, you’ll have responsibility for two equally important parts of our product world: keeping our existing products well-managed, competitive and compliant, and leading approved product changes from business case through to implementation. On the ongoing product management side, you’ll oversee our accumulation and retirement product suite, including product performance and reporting, competitor benchmarking, APRA reporting, member outcomes assessments, and our DDO and TMD obligations. You’ll help give the Head of Product and senior stakeholders a clear picture of how our products are performing, where the market is moving and where we need to act. On the change side, you’ll develop robust business cases and lead product initiatives end-to-end, bringing together teams across Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, Finance and Disclosure to turn approved ideas into reality. You’ll make sure changes are commercially sound, operationally achievable, compliant and delivered with members front of mind. You’ll also lead and develop a team of Product Managers, setting clear priorities and building capability across both ongoing product management and change delivery. This is a role with plenty of breadth and influence. You’ll be close to the detail when it matters, while also bringing the judgement and perspective needed to advise on product design, lifecycle decisions, regulatory obligations and delivery risks.
