The Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) supports safe, efficient, and patient-centered care throughout all phases of the ECT treatment process. This role assists nursing and anesthesia staff with patient preparation, procedural support, monitoring, and recovery while ensuring compliance with Sarasota Memorial Hospital policies, infection prevention standards, and patient safety protocols.The ECT MST plays a critical role in maintaining patient flow, treatment readiness, and operational efficiency within the ECT department.
