WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This is a senior client and delivery leadership position within a mission-driven practice focused on public health. You will lead complex health communications engagements, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, audience-centered communications programs.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a deep understanding of public health agency missions, specifically tobacco control, and health behavior change campaigns. The ideal candidate has led complex advertising campaigns spanning formative research, communications and marketing planning, content development, partner engagement, paid and donated media, technical assistance, and digital and social media.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a complex health communications account, serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor to clients

Translate client priorities and audience needs into clear communications strategies, workplans, and measurable outcomes

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Lead integrated communications projects and campaigns spanning research, strategy, creative and content development, digital and social media, paid media, public relations, stakeholder engagement, and measurement

Guide the development of evidence-based marketing strategies that build trust, influence behavior, and improve public health outcomes

Build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams around cohesive campaigns, programs, and communications products

Oversee account execution, ensuring work meets scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and contractual requirements

Identify and apply innovative approaches, emerging technologies, and evolving communications practices

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience developing and managing complex advertising or integrated communications campaigns

Demonstrated health communications and health behavior change campaign experience

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public health, business, behavioral or social science, or a related field

Deep understanding of public health agency missions, priorities, audiences, programs, and operating environments specific to tobacco control

Demonstrated ability to advise senior clients and serve as a liaison among government staff, contractor teams, partners, and stakeholders

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large government contracts, including managing scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, quality, and financial performance

Strong strategic thinking, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to work on-site in the Atlanta, GA. area 2-3 days a week.

Ability to work on standard east coast business hours.

Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to our federal contract requirements.

: $130,000-$176,000
