Lead Construction Manager

For Project Management services in the Construction area. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related with at least ten (10) years of experience. PMP, OSHA 30 membership preferred. Bilingual (English & Spanish). Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. Experience in: Capital project experience and facility construction. AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Lead the field construction organization: WPO Leads, Construction Managers, Construction Quality Leads, and Assistant Construction Manager. Own field HSE leadership in partnership with the HSE Director; enforce LIFE program and BeyondZero expectations. Support CM with the construction look-ahead, daily and weekly planning rhythms, and constraint removal on the owner side. Own contractor performance management, productivity tracking, and field issue escalation. Partner with the Lead PM and PC27/PC21/Enabling PMs to deliver milestone-by-milestone against the program schedule. Champion quality-at-the-source culture; ensure first-time-right execution on critical systems. Lead constructability inputs into design and value engineering. Build and run the field leadership team's operating cadence (daily plan-of-day, weekly look-ahead, monthly construction reviews). Supporting in constructability reviews and site logistics efficiencies. WHO WE ARE: We are a Service Provider company different from the rest.
