Our
Renton
branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA or HCA license. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.
Caregivers needed in Mercer Island, Issaquah, Bellevue, Tukwila, Des Moines, and Auburn.
Current Client Needs
Issaquah- Saturday and Sunday: 10am-7pm
Kenmore- Monday- Friday: 8am-5pm
Plus
- Comfortable with working fill-in shifts
- Comfortable working shorter shifts and going to more than 1 client's home in a day
- Open to Live- in shifts
- Memory care experience
- Comfortable working with all levels of care
- Comfortable transporting clients in the caregiver's vehicle
- Comfortable with cats and dogs — most of our clients have pets
Service areas
- Renton, Issaquah, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn, SeaTac, Burien, Fall City, and other surrounding areas as needed.
- Pay rate: $22.50-$23.50 hr

Caregiver Job Duties
Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to)
- Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Cooking and/or serving meals
- Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
- Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
- Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
- Monitoring and reporting on their condition
Additional Information
Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a video interview and then an in-person interview with our Branch Manager if applicable. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
- Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
- Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
