Enterprise Sales Supervisor

About The Role: Enterprise Sales Supervisor responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting enterprise merchant prospects, while also directly contributing to the acquisition of new merchants through both a hunter and farmer-driven approach in support of DOKU’s growth strategy What Will You Do: Supervise and monitor daily sales prospecting, qualification, and outreach activities of Enterprise Sales Officers. Actively contribute to enterprise sales acquisition by targeting and closing mid-sized to large merchant leads.. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry and updates in CRM systems. Assist the Manager in building weekly/monthly sales forecasts and reporting lead conversion results. Coach and mentor Officers to improve sales technique, product knowledge, and commercial negotiation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper proposal preparation, pricing alignment, and deal progress. Support preparation and delivery of tailored sales pitches or presentations to prospective merchants. Help resolve operational issues during merchant onboarding or early engagement stages. Gather market feedback from frontline outreach and report merchant trends or objections to senior team. Ensure team members are aligned with daily Targets, quality expectations, and DOKU’s sales methodology. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields . Minimum 3–5 years in enterprise/B2B sales . Soft Skill Requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving ability. Collaboration and relationship management. Strategic thinking and adaptability Technical Skill Requirements: Strong understanding of sales strategy and market analysis. Familiarity with TPV and TPT metrics. Proficient in CRM tools and sales software .
