What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the front-line sales team, you’ll be the go-to guide for clients as they begin (or continue) their skincare transformation journey. You'll work hand-in-hand with licensed estheticians and help clients commit to long-term, customized treatment plans that deliver results.

Sales Supervisor Duties

• Run high-impact, consultation-style appointments with new and returning clients
• Hit daily sales targets ($3,500+ — yes, it’s totally doable)
• Track client progress, purchases, and feedback in our CRM
• Deliver an exceptional, white-glove client experience every step of the way

Sales Manager Duties

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Optimize the client journey — from first contact to full transformation
• Jump in to help close big-ticket packages and coach team members to success
