About The Role

  • 1.对接计划部门需求，带领团队制定每日生产执行计划，并监控生产过程指标完成状态；
  • 2.对在制品库存进行管理，确保在制品库存处于健康水平；
  • 3.负责交付指标的达成及管理（OTD、CT、LPI等等）；
  • 4.带领交付团队对交付流程及系统进行优化提升；
  • 5.管理DM及IDM支持耗损管理分析节省成本及成本控制。
  • 1.本科及以上学历：理工类专业、自动化、电气、机械等相关专业；
  • 2.具有良好的跨部门沟通能力与团队协作能力；
  • 3.SMT或半导体制造团队管理经验至少3年；
  • 4.熟练运用办公软件：Microsoft Excel、MicrosoftWord、PPT等。
