About The Role

PURPOSEThe Donor Engagement Manager is responsible for leading a best-in-class team of fundraisers to generate financial support by developing relationships with current and prospective donors. The Manager will provide leadership and supervision to the bi-national donor engagement team and provide analysis and financial reporting of fundraising programs.This position is full-time at 36 hours a week and offers a hybrid work schedule, an attractive benefits package (including retirement fund contribution), and four weeks' vacation.The CRCNA exhibits love for the diversity of the human family.
