The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.As a Registered Dietitian, you'll be an integral member of our integrated care team, providing nutrition assessment, education, and counseling to individuals enrolled in our Healthcare Home program. You'll partner with behavioral health and primary care professionals to support whole-person wellness, empower healthy lifestyle changes, and develop practical nutrition strategies that meet each person's unique needs and goals.This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people improve their health through nutrition, enjoys collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and values building meaningful relationships with individuals and families.
