Job requirements

• Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive models for business decision-making
• Design and implement feature engineering pipelines
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and drivers
• Build segmentation and cohort analyses
• Evaluate and refine model performance
• Translate insights into actionable business recommendations
• Create dashboards and visualizations
• Collaborate with engineering teams for model deployment
• Ensure data quality and reproducibility

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Science / ML / Advanced Analytics
• Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
• Experience in feature engineering and model development
• Exposure to large-scale data (Spark, Databricks)
• Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge
• Solid understanding of statistical and ML techniques
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure

• Exposure to MLOps and end-to-end ML pipelines
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
