Key Responsibilities

Lead technical expertise in integrating electric machines and ESS into driveline systems.
Develop innovative solutions that meet functional, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Share knowledge as a role model of lifelong learning, mentoring team members and peers.
Collaborate across our Group and with partners to drive advancements and innovation.
Contribute to the business development of electric propulsion systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in mechatronics with a strong focus on electric machines, transmissions, energy management, and ESS.
Advanced knowledge in system integration and electrification technologies.
Strong collaboration and networking skills.
Passion for innovation and sustainable solutions.
