About The Role

  • 1、了解业务部门的工作状况和人力资源需求，提供专业的人力资源解决方案。
  • 2、与业务部门紧密合作，协助解决业务发展过程中的人力资源问题。
  • 3、协助制定人才发展计划，包括人才引进、培养、使用、评价和激励等。
  • 4、参与管理关键岗位和关键人才，确保人才供应链的稳定。
  • 5、组织绩效管理推动员工成长和业务目标的实现。
  • 7、推动组织内部的沟通机制，提升组织效能。
  1. 学历要求：本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理、心理学等相关专业优先。
  2. 工作经验：5年以上人力资源工作经验，2年以上HRBP经验。
  3. 能力要求：具备较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力、分析解决问题能力；具备良好的团队协作精神和服务意识。
