Production Operator

Carry out manufacturing and/or packaging operations in accordance with established procedures. Comply with GMP, HSE and internal quality standards and procedures. Perform in-process controls (IPC) and complete batch documentation. Adhere to the production schedule, standard operating times and productivity targets. Perform cleaning, changeovers and first-level maintenance of production equipment. Report any anomalies, quality deviations, HSE incidents or equipment failures to the supervisor. Monitor performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
