This is a brand new role, based at our brand new site! You will manage the team that transitions vehicles from "Work-in-Progress" to "Customer-Ready." This is a high-visibility operational role focused on quality control, throughput efficiency, and ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous mechanical and aesthetic standards before it is handed over to the customer.
