What You’ll Do

Organize & Pack

Help clients sort, organize, and pack their personal belongings for relocation, downsizing, or estate sales.

Support Transitions

Assist in unpacking and setting up clients’ new living spaces for a comfortable Day One experience.

Stage for Sales

Prepare personal items for estate auctions, both online and in person.

Be a Compassionate Companion

Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients, ensuring their comfort throughout the process.

Collaborate

Work closely with clients, their families, and team members, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Who We’re Looking For

Empathetic & Respectful

You understand the emotional aspects of relocation and treat clients and their families with compassion.

Physically Capable

Able to lift and move items weighing 40-60 pounds.

Reliable & Organized

Strong organizational skills and a reliable means of transportation.

Tech-Savvy

Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, time-keeping, and project management.

Flexible & Adaptable

Able to thrive in varied environments, including cluttered or unclean spaces (we provide gloves and aprons).

Compensation

Starting pay: $17 - $22.50 per hour, based on experience.
